I am an analytical Monitoring & Evaluation specialist with over two years' experience working on World Bank–financed projects, including tracer studies, beneficiary verification, and agricultural field verification. I design and deploy digital survey tools, conduct telephone and field interviews, ensure data quality through cleaning and validation, and contribute evidence-based findings to project progress reports.

I have hands-on experience with KoboCollect, Microsoft Excel, STATA and SPSS, and a proven record of stakeholder engagement, troubleshooting data transmission issues, and supporting project accountability across vocational, skills, BEE and agricultural sectors.
