At Genpact, I manage end-to-end onboarding for more than 250 SVP, VP, and AVP hires annually across India. I coordinate recruiters, background verification, documentation, IT configuration, and joining formalities to deliver seamless Day-1 readiness.
I use Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle HCM, and HRPedia to manage onboarding workflows, maintain compliance, and reduce delays. My background-verification process has supported an average turnaround time of 7–8 business days.
Previously at St Joseph Pharma, I supervised 10–15 staff across store and warehouse operations while supporting hiring, onboarding, and training for 8–12 employees each year. I also managed inventory, procurement, billing, and relationships with more than 20 vendors and customers.
With a PGDM in HR and Marketing and a B.Sc. in Psychology, I bring behavioral understanding to employee engagement and talent practices. I’m focused on inclusive, well-coordinated HR operations that connect people with meaningful career opportunities.
