At The Baldwin Group, I configure and maintain benefit plans, eligibility rules, and enrollment workflows in Employee Navigator. I lead annual open enrollment setup, testing, and execution while ensuring accurate data across HRIS and vendor systems.
I support benefit administration across medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA, and retirement plans. I troubleshoot system issues, support vendor transitions and integrations, analyze enrollment and cost reports, and help maintain ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA compliance.
Previously, I built client cases and tested software updates at EmployeeNavigator, LLC, and I adjudicated more than 1,000 claims per month at CVS/Aetna with an average 48-hour turnaround time. My earlier hospitality leadership experience strengthened my approach to training, stakeholder communication, operations, and customer service.
