Lilian Anthony

I am a Kenyan quantity surveyor with a Master’s Degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Nairobi and a strong foundation from Ardhi University. I combine traditional construction economics, cost control, and project management with a growing specialization in AI data annotation and linguistic evaluation.

Currently, I work remotely as an AI Trainer (Kiswahili) at TELUS International, where I evaluate and improve Kiswahili and English text for grammar, tone, and contextual accuracy, and create high-quality annotated datasets to enhance large language model performance.

Previously I served as a Quantity Surveyor at PrimeBuild Consultants Ltd., delivering cost estimation, tender evaluations, bills of quantities, and value engineering solutions, and as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor at TanzBuild Construction Ltd., supporting cost planning, procurement, and site supervision.

I hold professional certifications including a Certified Quantity Surveyor (BORAQS Kenya), a Coursera certificate in AI Data Annotation and Quality Review, and Project Management Fundamentals (PMI). I seek to leverage my cross-disciplinary skills to contribute to projects that blend construction expertise with AI-driven language solutions.
