What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role where I can apply my cost estimating and contract management skills on commercial or residential projects, with opportunities for responsibility, teamwork, and professional growth.

I am a committed and self-driven Quantity Surveyor with eight years' experience in commercial and residential construction projects, focused on cost estimating, procurement and final account negotiation.

My career includes roles from site supervisor and foreman to junior and senior quantity surveyor, where I prepared tender and contract documents, measured and valued works, and ensured timely subcontractor payments.

I have led costings for large projects including county residences, administration blocks and housing schemes, advising on contractual claims in line with Kenyan law and deputizing senior staff when required.

I am proficient with MS Excel, Word, Access, Project, ArchiCAD and Adobe, and I bring strong numeracy, analytical ability and teamwork to deliver projects on budget and according to specifications.
