What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition into a Trainee Estimator role where I can apply quantity takeoffs, drawing interpretation, material scheduling, and site experience while growing into estimating and commercial project management.

I've supported residential and affordable-housing construction projects in Kenya by turning structural drawings and bending schedules into accurate material quantities, layouts, and progress records.

As a Site Foreman for a private construction client, I managed daily site operations, material requirements, budget constraints, workforce safety, and weekly progress documentation to help reduce wastage.

My experience as a Steel Fixer, Clerk of Works, and Construction Supervisor has strengthened my capability in quantity takeoffs, material logs, formwork, setting out, quality checks, and site coordination. I'm now seeking to transition into estimating and commercial project management as a Trainee Estimator.
