I am looking for roles where I can lead cost control, procurement and contract management in construction projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to efficient, budget-compliant delivery.

I am a quantity surveyor and project cost consultant with hands-on experience across construction, fit-out, refurbishment and maintenance projects. I combine formal training with practical roles in quantity surveying, operations and project management to deliver accurate cost control and procurement advice.

Across roles from assistant quantity surveyor to operations manager and consultant, I have prepared bills of quantities, interim valuations, tender analysis and cost estimates, and I have overseen budgeting, cash-flow projection and quality assurance on site.
