My expertise includes cost estimation, procurement planning, and stakeholder coordination, which I have honed through various roles, including my current position leading the PCEA Nguirubi Comprehensive School project. I have a proven track record of supporting contractor-side operations and institutional project management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in deploying ERP systems and work packaging methods to streamline cost control and reporting. My role at Seremala Construction and Engineering Ltd as a Project Cost Accountant has allowed me to prepare estimates, budgets, and BOQs for multi-sectoral projects while coordinating procurement and subcontractor onboarding. I am passionate about leveraging digital construction tools to enhance project efficiency and accountability.
