What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead data-informed product discovery, roadmap prioritization, and AI-enabled SaaS delivery alongside collaborative squads and stakeholders.

At Builderall, I build and communicate short- and mid-term roadmaps for a self-service SaaS platform, balancing innovation, stability, and customer needs.

I structure and prioritize backlogs using adoption, engagement, and retention metrics segmented by user type. By leading discovery and hypothesis validation before development, I supported a complete main-dashboard redesign that reduced churn from 20–27% to 8–12%.

I've led delivery of native AI capabilities, including AI Agent Chat for website creation and email automation, an AI HTML Editor integrated with MailingBoss, and AI copy and image generation initiatives.

My background also includes UX research, usability testing, prototyping, technical support, and operations coordination. I work closely with multiple squads and stakeholders to turn business needs into clear requirements and validated releases.
