What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can apply hands-on caregiving, customer service, and operational support skills in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment with clear expectations and opportunities to learn.

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional with hands-on experience in animal care, customer service, and operations support. I have provided daily caregiving for dogs and livestock, administered medications, assisted with births, and maintained safe environments while adapting quickly to new responsibilities.

In customer-facing roles, I supported on-time operations at Misil Transport and delivered service and food preparation standards at Tropical Smoothie Café, performing accurate data entry and collaborating with operations teams to resolve issues.
