I've spent two years as a certified swimming referee with the Regional Swimming Association in Akershus, applying official competition rules and making fast, impartial rulings during live events.

I document decisions clearly for head referees and organizers, including written justifications for disqualifications and responses to appeals. I also cross-check calls with fellow officials to support fairness and consistency.

As Student Council Vice-President, I managed finances and organized meeting and survey data in Excel, building simple trackers and reporting summaries. I wrote formal applications, proposals, and reports for school administration in Norwegian and English.

I'm a native Norwegian speaker, fluent in English, and conversational in Vietnamese. I'm available for remote, flexible-hours freelance work and comfortable working independently against detailed written guidelines and deadlines.
