What I'm looking for

I’m looking for work evaluating and annotating Norwegian-language content for AI training, where structured quality checks matter. I’ll bring careful accuracy, calm reliability, and ownership—adapting quickly while maintaining high standards.

I am a native Norwegian speaker (C2) with fluent English (C1), and a background built on careful, dependable work across varied environments. I adapt quickly, follow structured routines with consistency, and maintain a steady approach under pressure — qualities I consider central to high-quality language and annotation work.

I am especially well suited to evaluating, reviewing, and annotating Norwegian-language content for AI training, bringing both linguistic precision and genuine attention to detail.

In my current role as a kindergarten substitute, I work within a multilingual environment serving families from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. I take full responsibility for an assigned group during staffing shortages, maintaining care, hygiene, and safety routines to a consistent standard. I communicate regularly with parents on sensitive matters — often across language barriers — and have contributed to planning days covering psychosocial, physical, and structural environments.

Beyond childcare, I have supported elderly people and newly arrived refugees through volunteer work — including practical assistance and Norwegian-language support. I also have retail experience in goods handling, restocking, and quality assurance, and hold certifications in HSE and First Aid.
