I’m a dedicated professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and experience in customer service, sales, and social rehabilitation. I enjoy working with people, solving problems, and providing excellent support, bringing a quick-learning, adaptable approach to every task.

In my current role as a Customer Service & Sales Representative, I provide friendly customer service, assist customers with product selection, process sales transactions, and help keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked. I focus on quality service and reliable record-keeping while supporting smooth daily operations.

Previously, as a Social rehabilitation officer, I supported individuals through rehabilitation services by conducting client assessments, maintaining accurate records, providing counseling and guidance, coordinating with community resources, and monitoring client progress. I value strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving to promote well-being, independence, and successful community reintegration.
