Defined UX vision and led end-to-end design for a clinical trial delivery platform, spanning EDC, patient safety, adverse event management, and sponsor tooling. Shipped AI-built Citrus Studio and rebuilt the Zest design system across 4 major product areas, and led patient safety redesign to expand capacity for higher-risk trials.

Owned end-to-end UX across multiple large-scale clinical trial workflows in a fast-moving Series A environment, from research through high-fidelity delivery. Designed EDC and clinical workflow tools, contributed design-system components/tokens under resource constraints, and mentored junior designers through critiques and advocacy.

Led product and service design for government innovation projects and venture studio spinouts, taking services from problem scoping through MVP and Beta. Delivered outcomes including a GovMarket SaaS marketplace that moved from zero to funded and shipped, and led a UK Cabinet Office cross-government knowledge management platform through Proof of Concept to Private Beta with GDS Service Assessment.

Conducted business case analysis plus market and user research for technology products addressing public sector challenges. Delivered innovation and design consulting for UK government bodies to support ideation and product development.

Authored research on the ethics of dark patterns and consent in personal data processing by social networking services, published in the Canadian Journal of Philosophy (March 2022). Conducted philosophical investigation focused on UX consent to privacy policies, terms of service, and cookie practices.

Completed an Executive Course in Human-AI Systems Interaction Design at the University of Cambridge.
