I've built end-to-end Python systems, including a final-year thesis that translates natural-language questions into executable Neo4j Cypher queries using the Gemini API and Streamlit. I owned the project from design through a deployed interface, including prompt construction, validation, query execution, and result rendering.
At AWS, I resolved production server hardware failures under strict SLA procedures, audited network racks and fibre labelling, and automated KPI reporting with Amazon QuickSight. As a Digital Transformation Consultant Intern in the 2Open/Madrid City Council Programme, I advised more than 100 SMEs on AI, cybersecurity, and cloud adoption while delivering automated WhatsApp Business scheduling workflows.

Diagnosed and resolved server hardware failures in a live production environment under strict SLA and documented-procedure compliance. Led an audit of network racks and fibre labelling, improving the accuracy of infrastructure records across the site.
