Jorge Muñoz Cofrades

’m a software engineer and co-founder of Intelidatia, based in Spain. I build full-stack applications and AI workflows, taking products from architecture and development through testing, deployment, and production support.

In a two-person software company, I built, sold, and deployed a clinic management platform used daily by three professionals, with 1,056 appointments managed and 476 patient records. I implemented scheduling, online booking, role-based access, and tenant isolation using Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Supabase.

My AI work includes integrating Claude and OpenAI APIs, tool calling, structured outputs, and human approval into business workflows. I also develop automations with n8n. My projects include PulseFit, a multi-agent fitness and nutrition coach with deterministic validation for allergens and injury restrictions, and PicadaPro, a fishing application combining weather data, solunar calculations, and AI vision.

Previously, I completed an IT traineeship at Deloitte’s Delivery Center in Madrid, processing and validating data with Python, pandas, NumPy, and SQL, with Apache Spark used for selected ETL tasks. My engineering toolkit also includes Vitest, Playwright, GitHub Actions, Docker, and CI/CD.

I’m completing the final year of an online BSc (Hons) Computer Science top-up degree at the University of Hertfordshire, with graduation expected in 2027, following a Higher Technician qualification in Multiplatform Application Development. I hold Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals certification and a Trinity-certified B2 level of English.

I’m looking for paid remote opportunities in software engineering, full-stack development, and applied AI with international teams that hire from Spain, including US and Canadian companies. I’m interested in roles compatible with my online studies and graduate opportunities starting in 2027. I bring practical experience delivering software to paying clients, supporting it in daily use, and translating business needs into working products.
