I’m an Engineer and Technical Consultant in the ITOM area, focused on designing scalable architectures and deploying cloud solutions. I bring a resilient, agile approach to solving complex infrastructure and predictive analytics challenges.

In my current role at ManageEngine LATAM, I implement and administer Observability and Monitoring ecosystems in hybrid environments, ensuring high availability for critical infrastructures. I also develop business solutions using Python (Django) and Oracle DB, integrating automation logic to optimize IT operations.

I specialize in Business Intelligence & management—gathering strategic requirements, presenting high-impact solutions, and managing SLAs through ticket analysis and performance metrics. I’ve also supported accelerated deployment with low-code tools and agile workflows for continuous delivery of customer value.

Earlier, as an intern, I designed and developed an e-commerce platform using microservices architecture with containers (Docker) in Python and Django. I also implemented and modeled NoSQL databases (MongoDB) for scalable, unstructured data catalogs, strengthening my data storage and ETL/ELT foundations for BI ecosystems.
