What I'm looking for

I want to keep working in compliance-focused auditing and claims decisioning, using strong attention to detail, data analysis, and clear documentation to resolve discrepancies and support claimants and employers professionally.

I’m a detail-oriented, results-driven professional with experience in unemployment claims processing, auditing, and customer service. I focus on analyzing complex cases, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining confidentiality while managing high-volume workloads with accuracy.

As a BAM Control Auditor (March 2024–Present), I conduct detailed audits of financial records and operational processes to ensure compliance with GAAP and government auditing standards. I analyze financial statements and bank records, prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations, and resolve discrepancies through research and documentation—often in complex, high-risk cases.

Previously, as a Claims Examiner II (April 2021–March 2024), I completed 15–18 daily fact-finding interviews to determine unemployment benefit eligibility. I evaluated claimant and employer information against state laws and policies, maintained a 95% contact rate, entered case data in CICS with a 98% accuracy rate, and adjudicated claims by documenting case activity and issuing determinations.

Earlier experience includes processing unemployment claims in a Special Claims Unit Administrator role and supporting employer charge protests and billing issues. I also bring customer-facing strengths from my Customer Service Representative experience and leadership as a CLEAR LLC Ambassador/Team Leader, strengthening my ability to communicate clearly, resolve conflict, and support fast-paced operations.
