What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT support role where I can troubleshoot end-user hardware, software, and networks, manage Active Directory accounts, and improve ticketing workflows with strong SLA focus and friendly communication.

I’m an IT Support Specialist providing end-user technical support at Aldagi Insurance, handling hardware, software, and network troubleshooting while keeping ticketing workflows on track.

I manage user accounts, groups, and permissions through Active Directory, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain printers, workstations, and office peripherals. I combine technical problem-solving with clear, customer-facing communication.

Alongside my work, I’m pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at BTU. My helpdesk trainee experience strengthened my foundations in troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and network basics like TCP-IP.
