At móveo S.p.A., I support an AI adoption and digital transformation initiative in the fintech sector, contributing to workstream planning, monitoring, and cross-functional coordination. As an appointed AI Champion, I’ve also contributed to AI service offerings, adoption initiatives, training design, and SDLC automation pipelines.
I drafted IT Governance & Compliance policy for a major Swiss healthcare operator and supported business process analysis and improvement. My consulting work has also included business development, internationalization, tenders, and RFPs.
As a Research Fellow on the University of Calabria’s PNRR Project STROKE 5.0, I investigated BPM methodologies for time-sensitive acute stroke pathways and contributed to process analysis, methodology design, and academic output. This work fed into an IFKAD 2025 publication.
Earlier, I worked as a Data Analyst at Vebar Srl, conducting data analysis and structured reporting, and as a Business Consultant at GMG SRLS, writing grants for the Invitalia ‘Resto al Sud’ programme. I also contribute to the GiudaLab Research Group’s work on digital innovation and AI-driven organisational processes.
