What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can lead accurate, compliant payroll and HR administration, strengthen reporting and controls, support stakeholders, and improve operational processes.

At The Unlimited Group, I managed high-volume payroll and finance administration for more than 4,000 employees, producing payroll, headcount, overtime, leave, remuneration and workforce cost reporting for management and Finance stakeholders. I also coordinated statutory submissions, SARS payroll audit preparation, reconciliations and payroll controls.

I've progressed from HR and Payroll Intern to HR and Payroll Administrator and Payroll and Remuneration Supervisor, supervising a team of five across payroll and HR administration. I bring strong documentation, confidential records management, stakeholder support and advanced Excel reporting skills to deadline-driven operations.
