What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue building my payroll leadership career, applying my high-volume payroll, compliance, reporting, and HR administration experience while completing qualifications in Industrial & Organisational Psychology and Bookkeeping.

I've managed end-to-end payroll for 800+ employees at BBD using SAGE 300 People, including salary loading, third-party payments, reconciliations, GL exports, benefits administration, SARS EMP201 submissions, and payroll queries. I also prepare international payroll for the Netherlands and UK.

Previously at Joburg Theatre, I processed payroll for 500+ permanent and contract employees, strengthened audit controls to reduce discrepancies, and supported HR administration, recruitment, employment equity reporting, and UIF processes. I'm continuing my studies in Industrial & Organisational Psychology and Bookkeeping, with a long-term goal of progressing into payroll leadership.
