Letasha Carolus
@letashacarolus
Dedicated franchise liaison and head-of-department professional delivering reliable administration and customer-focused service.
What I'm looking for
I’m ambitious, motivated and reliable, and I enjoy a challenge with a “can do” attitude. I live by my DCD spirit—determination, commitment and dedication—and I’m driven to keep improving myself and my career.
Currently, I’m working as a HOD/Franchise Liaison at Khusela Debt Management, and I also support through the Khusela Community Enrichment Program as an Administrator/Company PA (Jan 2019 – Jun 2022). In every role, I bring a positive attitude, reliability, flexibility, and a strong ability to work as a team player.
Earlier in my career, I built strong experience in the medical scheme environment as a Claims Assessor for V-Med/Liberty Health Medical Scheme (Jan 2012 – Apr 2014). I also worked as a Documentation Clerk (Dec 2008 – Dec 2011) and was promoted, which reflects my commitment and consistent performance.
I back my work ethic with practical training through the Masakhane Community Empowerment Program and Berkley Training Academy. I’m a fast learner who’s comfortable with MS Office and internet/email systems, and I’m eager to grow further with the correct support and guidance.
