I'm seeking a remote HR Specialist role where I can lead talent acquisition, onboarding, HRIS reporting, and employee engagement initiatives that align with business goals.

I am a strategic and detail-oriented HR professional with 5+ years of progressive experience supporting high-volume, multi-site teams. I deliver full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, HRIS reporting, and data-driven insights to improve staffing and engagement.

In my current role I partner with leadership and Centers of Excellence to support 500+ employees, manage compliance and I-9 verification, and generate dashboards that inform retention and leave utilization strategies. I have driven process improvements, led audits, and consistently improved candidate and employee experiences.

I hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a BA in Communication & Information Sciences in progress, and I am seeking a remote HR Specialist opportunity where I can align talent strategies with business goals.
