Architected and delivered an end-to-end public data-collection and analytics platform on Power Platform integrated with a custom React front end. Diagnosed and resolved environment provisioning and security misconfigurations, and implemented GDPR-conscious data collection with layered bot/spam protection.

Authored and secured formal IT security authorization for enterprise Power Platform deployment across 14 divisions. Co-managed a cross-functional team delivering a Zero Trust Architecture transformation and engineered a multi-tier CI/CD pipeline prototype.

Architected composable digital ecosystems using headless commerce, payment microservices, and modular UX design. Governed AI/chatbot tools and contributed to ethical AI policy.

Served as lead database architect and main designer of a transit data warehousing prototype for WMATA, owning enterprise data governance and domain ownership models. Engineered validation controls that reduced manual processing steps by over 80 percent and led training sessions for up to 200 end-users.

Project-managed an HR IT modernization prototype for client T. Rowe Price and facilitated executive briefings and alternatives analysis.

Produced IBM Cognos and Excel BI reports for portfolio tracking and supported a CMMI SCAMPI Level 3 appraisal.

Managed a cross-functional team of over 20 delivering EDI pipelines for the United States Mint eCommerce modernization. Served as sole CPIC contributor and EVM reporter for an IT investment in a portfolio exceeding $50M reported to ITDashboard.gov.

Facilitated annual CPIC data gathering under OMB A-123/COSO, co-led EVM implementation, and led the Post-Implementation Review team as technical advisor to the CIO.

Led the enterprise data warehouse migration from Crystal Reports to IBM Cognos on time and within budget, applying TOGAF principles. Authored IT security authorization documentation defining data steward and data owner roles.

Designed modular enterprise hosting architectures and pricing frameworks for an international client base. Led a ten-person team to prototype and maintain customer-facing web hosting products, installing and querying MS SQL Server for enterprise customers.

Designed and implemented company-wide intranet applications and a proprietary data transport system. Developed credit score calculation logic and a Visual Basic auto-valuation program for an auto-industry lending client.

Built radar displays for the United States Navy and designed intranet interfaces to weapons systems. Performed real-time embedded software development and testing at military installations in Maryland, Spain, and Italy.

Implemented and tested changes to real-time software and embedded systems and reviewed requirements documentation for technical correctness at United States military installations.
