What I'm looking for

I’m open to permanent, contract, consulting, coaching, facilitation and training opportunities, with a strong preference for remote or virtual work. I’m available for South African and international engagements.

At E2 LIFE COACHING, I coach and train business owners, executives, managers, teams and professionals across South African and international engagements. I help clients work through business, leadership and personal challenges, then support them in putting practical solutions into action.

Through E2 LIFE COACHING, I deliver training in business development and sales, process optimisation, systemised operations, leadership and management. I’ve coached and trained more than 125 companies and 50 individuals in the last seven years, with all coaching, training and client engagements delivered remotely.

At FNB FIDUCIARY, I led business-side requirements, design and implementation for a new Trust administration system, and designed and implemented more than 200 national processes and SOPs. I also managed a 29-person Estate Administration team, building staff capability and self-management so the team could operate without dependency on the manager.
