I’m looking to lead analytics teams that connect directly to business decisions—building durable systems, experimentation capability, and data products—while creating an environment where analysts are motivated, well-supported, and highly effective.

I’m an analytics leader who builds analytics functions—teams, processes, and systems—that turn data into decisions. After 4 years in customer-facing roles, I moved fully into analytics and have spent the last 8 years delivering end-to-end work across Wholesale Trade, eCommerce, Media, and SaaS.

At Welltech, I built the CRM Analytics function from scratch and led it as an operating system: hiring, onboarding, development plans, and an Analytics Playbook with Agile-Scrum cadence and code governance. I’ve owned forecasting, experimentation infrastructure, and migrations that moved ~200 annual experiments onto a centralized platform while enabling better segmentation and reducing analyst bottlenecks.

My psychology background shapes how I lead—I focus on what motivates people, not only what they deliver—so analysts can do their best work. I’ve also pioneered analytics modernization, including a Data Mesh pilot via OpenMetadata, and I bring structured prioritization (e.g., RICE) and hands-on technical delivery from SQL and DBT through dashboards and A/B testing.

Built and led the CRM Analytics function from scratch (2 analysts supporting a 10-person CRM org across 3 mobile subscription products), supporting ~$15M in annual CRM-attributed revenue. Migrated ~200 experiments from Redshift/Tableau to DBT/Eppo, improved experiment segmentation, and adopted data mesh via OpenMetadata as a pilot domain.
