I’m a global program and community leader with 8+ years at Amazon, building large-scale seller ecosystems across Europe, India, Asia, and MENA. I focus on “AI platform adoption, community ecosystems, trust & safety operations, and cross-cultural platform governance.”

I delivered ~$48M incremental revenue through generative-AI initiatives and launched generative-AI product imagery programs across EU and India—driving +1.9% OPS (~$20M). I also managed a program-managed EU rollout of GenAI capabilities in A+ Content Manager across the UK, DE, FR, ES, and IT.

When stakes are high, I lead. I coordinated Amazon’s cross-organization response to the largest seller crisis—impacting 41k businesses and £100M+ in blocked disbursements—drafting global seller communications and escalating to secure a policy reversal with UK government stakeholders. I’ve also improved marketplace operations by identifying root causes behind a 37k-case backlog across EU/MENA and clearing 99% within 60 days, while scaling teams and knowledge sharing through a Barcelona “Learning Sessions” program.
