I’m looking for a role where I can lead front-end retail operations and customer support—coordinating teams, solving problems quickly, and improving processes to keep store workflows accurate and efficient.

Throughout my experience in retail operations, I've worked in fast-paced environments where organization, clear communication, and problem-solving were essential every day. Coordinating front-end activities taught me how to prioritize tasks, support teammates, resolve customer issues, and maintain efficient workflows under pressure.

I enjoy learning new systems, improving processes, and taking ownership of my responsibilities. Fluent in English, I'm now looking for a remote opportunity where I can contribute to a collaborative team, continue developing my skills, and build a long-term career.
