What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine hospitality operations with data-driven reporting and performance insights. I want to contribute in fast-paced teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and keep improving processes using analytics.

I’m a results-driven professional who blends sports performance coaching, hospitality operations, and analytical expertise to help teams perform at a higher level. I focus on clear communication, fast problem-solving, and measurable improvement in every environment I support.

Through coaching, I develop athletes with training programs centered on speed, conditioning, acceleration mechanics, and movement quality. I mentor athletes on preparation, recovery, and performance strategies, while helping build accountability and a high-performance culture.

In hospitality, I currently manage overnight hotel operations independently while delivering exceptional guest service. I handle guest concerns, reservation issues, and billing discrepancies, and I maintain accuracy in financial reconciliation and operational reporting.

My analytics experience includes building dashboards and producing reporting from campaign and operational data. I use Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel to turn insights into stakeholder-ready recommendations, supported by strong performance analysis and data visualization skills.
