What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead brand and growth work where psychology, customer trust, product, and operational systems come together to build clear, lasting businesses.

Most people treat brand, psychology, and operations as separate disciplines. I don't. Trust gets built the same way whether it's a product, a team, or a company: understand it deeply, strip out the noise, and let the structure do the convincing.

I take a technically solid product and gave it an identity worth trusting, replacing feature claims with proof and building the operating system underneath it so one person runs what usually takes a team.

My starting point is psychology, formally studied, not decorative, and it shows up in two books I've written on human behavior and resilience. It's why the work tends to hold: people trust it, come back to it, stay.
