I'm an organisational strategy and behavioural science professional currently pursuing an MSc in Organisational Leadership and Innovation at Rochester Institute of Technology Dubai.
At GEMS Modern Academy, I designed a feasibility survey for 200+ staff and proposed seven PwC- and CIPD-benchmarked Employee Assistance Program initiatives. I also conducted diagnostic interviews with 80% of the wellbeing department to identify workplace challenges and inform programme design.
At Mentra, I audited an AI mental-health chatbot against Cognitive Behavioural Therapy standards, identifying compliance failures in 75% of interactions. I proposed three features to strengthen AI-patient trust, engagement, reliability, and usability for 100+ users.
Through projects at RIT Dubai, I've led an AI-driven housing platform team and developed a nine-phase AI transformation roadmap for a Dubai Government Authority. I bring research, stakeholder engagement, and structured change frameworks to turn complex evidence into clear recommendations.
