What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in talent acquisition and HR operations roles where I can build strong pipelines, partner with hiring managers, improve candidate experience, use recruitment metrics, and support an engaging, compliant workplace.

At Amal – Counselling for a Better Tomorrow, I own the full recruitment cycle in a remote start-up environment, conducting 50+ interviews and placing 7–8 hires. I build talent pipelines, run multi-channel sourcing, coordinate open-day and campus hiring, and deliver reporting on pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance.

Alongside talent acquisition, I lead and mentor teams at HiDubai – Tejuri, managing onboarding, performance conversations, conflict resolution, dashboards, and stakeholder coordination. My psychology and counselling background strengthens how I support candidate experience, employee relations, engagement, and compliant HR operations.
