What I'm looking for

I’m motivated by building automated tools, including AI agents, and analytical systems that make people’s work easier.

At Sword Health, I designed and deployed performance management tools for approximately 40 clinicians, benchmarking performance across 31 KPIs. I also built an automated weekly reporting pipeline that cut managers’ 1-on-1 preparation time by 50–75%.

I conducted analyses of top- and bottom-quartile performers, identifying behavioral drivers of performance gaps and translating the findings into recommendations adopted by operational leadership. I also owned an analytical initiative covering workforce demographics, intent, and behavioral patterns, from data extraction and modeling through presenting insights to a team of 50+.

For my Master’s thesis, I designed and evaluated four performance-management and AI-augmented coaching artifacts for Sword Health. These included individual KPI dashboards, an automated benchmarking tool, and an AI-driven weekly reporting pipeline using an n8n agent, validated through surveys across three stakeholder groups.

At KPMG, I designed a Customer360 data model integrating banking, telecom, and insurance requirements, implemented it in SQL, and presented it to the Data & Analytics department. I’m motivated by building automated tools and analytical systems that make people’s work easier.
