I am a dynamic data-driven professional with a proven track record in entrepreneurship and data analysis. My journey began with a BSc in Neuroscience, which laid the foundation for my analytical skills, and I am currently pursuing an MSc in Data Analytics for Business at ISEG Lisbon. I thrive on transforming complex datasets into impactful business decisions, leveraging my expertise in SQL, Python, and advanced data visualization tools like Tableau and Looker.

In my recent role as a Data Analyst at Nokia, I successfully delivered over 10 use cases in collaboration with clients, utilizing SQL, Excel, and Python to create insightful Tableau dashboards. My efforts in orchestrating a machine learning customer clustering use case significantly enhanced customer experience and reduced churn.
