I am a data analyst with a MSc in Business Analytics, currently leading analytics and reporting for an IT recruitment company.

I own the company’s analytics department, delivering reporting, data analysis and process automation to boost team efficiency and support decision-making.

Previously I worked as a Business Analyst at NTT Data on process mapping, digital process factory initiatives and workforce collaboration analytics, and I have experience in machine learning projects and teaching analytics courses.
