What I'm looking for

I'm seeking immediate remote-first contract or interim leadership assignments across EMEA or globally, especially high-impact 3–12 month programs involving cybersecurity, technology transformation, strategic operations, Professional Services, program stabilization, and executive escalations.

At Palo Alto Networks, I led automation and migration programs, connected Professional Services consultants with the global PMO, and supported Companion, a SaaS automation tool for project delivery and scoping.

I also orchestrated breach response for two major US healthcare providers, bridging executive leadership, Unit 42 incident responders, and customer C-suite stakeholders through urgent recovery milestones. Across a global Prisma Access activation program, I directed 15 engineers and coordinators, addressed activation bottlenecks, and improved customer time-to-value.

Previously, I managed EMEA Professional Services programs at Fortinet and Juniper Networks, including an approximately $8M annual project portfolio. I bring 25+ years of international experience in program recovery, governance, migrations, strategic operations, and executive escalations across EMEA, APAC, and the US.
