I’m a senior Program Manager with 10+ years leading complex international programs across the UK, US and Europe. I’m business-minded and recognized for turning strategic priorities into measurable commercial and operational outcomes through governance, strategic decision-making and cross-functional leadership.

As a Founder, I built a consumer product brand from concept to market, defining the PMO & Governance commercial strategy, product proposition and go-to-market approach. I take full ownership of performance—making end-to-end decisions across pricing, supplier selection, procurement, inventory, logistics, e-commerce and customer experience.

Across large-scale delivery roles, I’ve owned commercial, financial and operational accountability for the company’s largest £22M international program. I established governance frameworks, KPI reporting and workforce planning models that strengthened performance and became company-wide standards, expanding program value from £7M to £22M while improving long-term revenue.
