I partner closely with stakeholders and Agile teams to manage product backlogs, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and drive Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and backlog refinement. I coordinate UAT and production releases, while keeping product risks, dependencies, and change requests actively managed.

At Guardian India Pvt Ltd as Senior Lead Engineer – Product Owner (Apr 2023 – Present), I led optimization initiatives across 60+ enterprise automation processes. I delivered 50+ production enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives, improved governance through standardized delivery frameworks, and reduced manual effort using AI-driven automation strategies.

Earlier, as Lead Engineer (Apr 2017 – Mar 2023) and in insurance and operations roles, I supported ideation-to-implementation program delivery, conducted business analysis and feasibility assessments, and built executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
