I've built corporate operational infrastructure at Freedom Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. in Istanbul Financial Center, launching a 2,030 m2 workplace for a 45+ employee organization.

I led a $3M+ office development project spanning construction coordination, furniture procurement, relocation, and operational systems setup. I managed 10+ service providers and evaluated 20+ contractors and suppliers across fit-out, construction, and operational services.

Previously, I supported executive priorities and international travel operations at Freedom Finance Azerbaijan, coordinating workflows across Finance, Strategy, HR, Administration, and Freedom Holding stakeholders.

I'm fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, English, and Turkish, and bring international event, interpretation, administrative, and cross-cultural operations experience from projects including COP29, Formula 1 Baku, and OSCE missions.
