At IREX’s USAID-funded Early Grade Education Activity, I lead MEL and collaborating, learning, and adapting strategy across performance monitoring, impact research, data quality, reporting, and learning. I conducted Jordan’s first comprehensive national AI-readiness assessment for education, combining policy analysis, 72 interviews, and surveys of more than 8,000 teachers and parents to inform seven system-level recommendations.
Across Plan International, INJAZ Jordan, and consulting assignments for GIZ- and Open Society Foundations-funded initiatives, I’ve designed MEL frameworks, digitized data collection, led mixed-methods research and evaluations, and strengthened partner capacity. I turn complex evidence into practical recommendations, quality controls, donor-aligned reports, and program improvements across education, youth development, livelihoods, tourism, and TVET.
