At Jordanian Academy for Government Administration, I coordinate professional training programs for civil-service employees and currently lead a competency development program for municipal government staff. I manage schedules, logistics, attendance, exams, and program records using TMS, Excel, and Google Forms.
At Jordan River Pharmaceutical Industries Company, I managed pharmaceutical sales territories across Aqaba, Ma’an, and Wadi Musa. I designed a sales tracking system and used territory data, customer feedback, and market analysis to inform field planning.
Through Crown Prince Foundation, I deliver interactive youth leadership and personal development training. I also facilitated climate education workshops and activities for students through the USAID / Ministry of Youth Context.
My projects include a blue economy policy paper on marine sustainability and a concept for community-based marine monitoring. I also designed a health-tech prototype concept combining smart sensors and computer vision for hygiene assessment and health monitoring.
