Providing technical consulting services to international organizations, NGOs, government institutions, and development partners in education systems, research, programme evaluation, institutional strengthening, capacity development, and evidence-based policy and programme improvement.

Contributed to the joint end-of-project evaluation of UNOPS/KfW-funded Cash-for-Work and public-school maintenance interventions across Jordan. Conducted qualitative data collection with stakeholders and beneficiaries, and supported data coding, analysis, and synthesis.

Managed Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) and Community Feedback Mechanisms across multi-sector humanitarian programmes supporting operations in Syria. Developed accountability frameworks, SOPs, and reporting protocols, and produced analytical reports and dashboards.

Conducted institutional and policy assessments supporting the Jordan Public Sector Modernization initiative, focusing on youth participation, gender inclusion, governance, and institutional coordination. Designed and led KIIs with senior government officials and produced policy analysis.

Supported the implementation and coordination of national education reform initiatives within the Ministry of Education. Developed programme management tools, monitoring systems, and analytical reports to strengthen coordination and evidence-informed decision-making.

Led the design and implementation of workforce development, entrepreneurship, and employability programmes targeting youth and job seekers. Designed competency-based curricula, monitoring tools, and led Training of Trainers (ToT) programmes.

Developed capacity-building frameworks, operational manuals, and training curricula for institutional strengthening programmes. Conducted organizational capacity assessments and provided technical assistance to partners.

Led the design and implementation of a mixed-methods needs assessment to inform programme design in Azraq Camp. Conducted KIIs, FGDs, and desk reviews, and synthesized evidence into analytical reports and recommendations.

Conducted the final evaluation of the EU-funded EMPOWER Jordan programme using the GOCA Evaluation Framework and OECD-DAC criteria. Designed and implemented mixed-methods qualitative research, including KIIs, FGDs, and desk reviews, and produced evaluation outputs.

Conducted qualitative endline research using the Most Significant Change (MSC) methodology to assess programme outcomes, behavioural change, and youth empowerment. Led stakeholder consultations and in-depth interviews, and developed case studies and learning products.

Supported the University of Jordan Artificial Intelligence Readiness Assessment through institutional research, stakeholder consultations, qualitative data collection, and document review. Contributed to research design, data quality assurance, qualitative analysis, and synthesis of findings.
