What I'm looking for

I seek a senior program or project role where I can lead donor-funded economic development and women’s empowerment initiatives, deliver measurable impact, and work with government and private-sector partners to scale sustainable solutions.

I am a seasoned economic development professional with extensive experience designing and managing large donor-funded programs focused on women’s economic empowerment, workforce development, and private sector competitiveness. I have led portfolios with multi-million dollar budgets and provided technical guidance to government, donors, NGOs, and the private sector.

My work spans program design, technical supervision of contractors and grants, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder engagement to increase female labor participation and strengthen export readiness. I have served in senior advisory roles at USAID, GIZ, FHI 360, and led project and fundraising teams at the Jordan River Foundation.

I combine strong project management, gender mainstreaming, and business development skills with practical experience in trade promotion, market analysis, and capacity building to deliver measurable results and sustainable impact.
