What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a talent acquisition or talent operations role where I can improve sourcing, onboarding, engagement, performance tracking, and retention in a fast-paced team.

I've supported talent sourcing, partner operations, and lifecycle management at ShareChat, contributing to initiatives that sustained 200K+ GMV and improved retention from 20% to 60%.

I source and engage candidates and partners through LinkedIn, WhatsApp communities, social media, Naukri, and internal data. Across ShareChat, Trendo, and Bidfhire, I've coordinated onboarding, training, performance monitoring, interview scheduling, joining formalities, and stakeholder follow-ups.

I use Excel and Google Sheets, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP, to build KPI/MIS dashboards and monitor engagement and operational performance.

With an MBA in HR & Finance and a background in Computer Science, I bring structured HR process execution to fast-paced teams focused on hiring, retention, quality, and workforce effectiveness.
