I’m a Telecom Operations & Routing Specialist with 3+ years of experience managing international A2P SMS messaging, routing optimization, and sender ID registration across the GCC, Middle East, and African markets.

In my current role as a Senior Routing Executive at Mobishastra Technologies LLC, I own end-to-end routing operations to ensure consistent, high-quality message delivery for enterprise clients. I lead global sender ID registration coordination with telecom operators and design routing and pricing strategies that balance cost efficiency with delivery performance.

I’m also focused on customer success and technical support: I resolve complex, business-critical routing issues and high-priority client escalations to restore service continuity with minimal disruption. I partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Technical, Campaign, Product, and Operations teams to align routing decisions with business objectives.
