I'm seeking a challenging leadership role with a reputed U.S.-based telecom company, preferably in Bengaluru, where I can apply telecom provisioning, operational excellence, and team leadership to drive business growth and customer success.

I've led Local Number Portability and service provisioning operations at FusionCX for Windstream, Peerless, Verizon, and EarthLink, managing end-to-end porting workflows, SLA performance, and escalations for a 16-member team.

Across 21+ years in operations, including 19+ years in U.S. telecom, I've improved workflows, built Excel reporting dashboards, led process transitions, and trained teams on LNP processes, incident resolution, compliance, and quality. I also bring earlier data analysis experience supporting i2 Technologies product data management, mapping, classification, and quality assurance.
