I am a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager with a strong background in managing complex IT projects for various Department of Defense agencies. My role at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) has allowed me to serve as a technical authority and senior advisor, where I excel in strategic analyses to achieve service management outcomes. I pride myself on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring successful project execution, which has led to significant improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Throughout my career, I have successfully managed critical IT infrastructure and network connectivity for the Pentagon and other locations across the National Capital Region. My leadership in establishing a Continuity of Operations (COOP) plan at multiple off-site locations has been pivotal in maintaining command and control during catastrophic events.
