I’m a results-driven Administrative Assistant and customer support professional focused on keeping operations running smoothly. I manage schedules, coordinate records, and help teams deliver seamless service in fast-paced environments.

In my recent role, I coordinated team schedules using Calendly, supported cross-functional teams by organizing records and tracking tasks, and streamlined project visibility with Notion. I also resolved 20+ daily customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining accurate coordination and information flow.
