At UST, I developed Salesforce Education Cloud modules for student success and alumni management, along with accelerators for exams and placements. I also optimized admissions workflows and automated communications.
For Agentforce for Salesforce Education Cloud, I independently designed and deployed autonomous Service Agents to support admissions and recruitment case management. I used Cursor and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development while adhering to Salesforce governor limits and security sharing models.
On Equifax UK’s org consolidation project, I developed Apex and Lightning Web Components, implemented REST/SOAP API callouts, and migrated data between systems. I also managed CI/CD deployments with Jenkins; the consolidation achieved zero-data-loss migration with full audit compliance.
I migrated the GAMA Australia Salesforce org into the SCJ org and later designed and developed an end-to-end sales process for AVT Natural as the sole developer. I hold Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified AI Associate, and Salesforce Certified AI Specialist certifications.
